Namaste. Yoga in Rockridge. opened its doors on December 1, 2003 to the Rockridge community. At Namaste, students can find a refuge from busy urban life in a peaceful environment; nurturing physical health and promoting spiritual growth. At its essence, Namaste exists to honor the divine in our students, teachers, staff and neighbors.

Namaste offers a diverse array of Hatha-based yoga classes for students of all levels, practicing a variety of styles. Our teachers are some of the best in the area, with backgrounds and teachings that incorporate Iyengar, Vinyasa, Anusara, Forrest, Power Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices.

The shop at Namaste features the East Bay's largest selection of women's yoga wear, yoga props, and other mindfully selected gifts and goodies with which to treat yourself and gift others.
